The Ipad is in perfect condition, it has a small dent at the back but it does not affect the functionality of the it. The screen is perfect as it been always protected.
The battery can last months on stan-by and up to 9 hours while full use.
The processor works very smooth and using the web browser or checking your mail an absolute delight.
The Ipad comes with a leather kind case and a carbon fiber one.
Also the charger.
